Article 16: COUNCIL FOR POLICY STUDIES (CPS)
   

a.        There shall be a Council for Policy Studies for the purpose of studying, conducting research and planning the Party Policies.

b.       Issues of public policy, governmental measures and legislative proposals shall be discussed in detail in the Council and the report will be presented to the FWC and the FGC that in turn take the final decision in their respective jurisdictions.

c.        The CPS will be formed by the FWC taking the services of experts of different subjects. The Chairman of the CPS will always be an active member of the Party while it will not be necessary for a person to be Primary/Active Member of the party to become member of CPS.

d.      The CPS can be formed at state levels also if State Working Committee takes decision in this regard.
