Article 10: STATE WORKING COMMITTEE (SWC)
   

The State Working Committee will be responsible for taking all important decisions in the state and will cover an area specified by the Federal Working Committee. The State Working Committee will frame the policy and programme of the Party in the State within the premise of the Federal Policy Framework.

 

The State Working Committee will consist of

 

a)        The State President,

b)       25 members elected by the State General Council,

c) 10 members nominated by the State President in consultation with the elected members of the State Working Committee.                                                                                                         

 
The following will be ex-officio members. 
 

d)       Leaders of the Party in the Legislative Assembly and Council.

e)        Leaders of the Party in Metropolitan Councils.

f)        Vice Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurer.
